Lauren Williamson, Mr. Hall’s eldest daughter, was born in Norfolk, Virginia in 1970. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mercer University in 1992 and a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State College of Law in 1995. She was admitted to the Bar in 1995 and immediately joined her father in private practice, later joining him in the formation of Hall & Williamson, P.C.
Ms. Williamson was the Special Assistant Attorney General for Miller, Randolph and Seminole Counties for over ten years. She resigned the post in 2010 in order to handle private child support and custody cases in those counties. She was appointed County Administrator and County Guardian for Dougherty County in 2005 and Worth County in 2013. She is also County Guardian for Randolph County and serves as an alternate County Guardian for Lee County. She is a member of the Dougherty County and State Bar Associations, and the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers.
Ms. Williamson has two sons and is active in the Charity League of Albany. She supports the American Red Cross and Albany Humane Society.
